There is a case option of 64-TQFP Exposed Pad available for this clock divider. There is a Tray packaged with it. Normal operation is limited to 500MHz. As far as I can tell, it is mounted by Surface Mount. Electronic parts classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer are considered to be safety components. It is recommended to set the temperature to 0°C~85°C so the system can perform reliably. In order for it to function, a power source of 3.135V~3.465V V must be available.
