HMC434TR Overview
In this RF modulator, the frequency is 0Hz~8GHz.Due to the enhanced SOT-23-6 package, this RF IC is excellent .Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 6 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 6 pins.
