LSM6DSOX 支持主要的操作系统要求,提供了真正的、虚拟的和批处理的传感器,其中 9 KB 用于动态数据批处理。ST 系列的 MEMS 传感器模块利用了已经用于生产微加工加速计和陀螺仪的强大成熟制造工艺。
各种感应元件采用专用微加工工艺制造、而 IC 接口则采用 CMOS 技术开发、允许设计专用电路、经过修整以更好地匹配感应元件的特性。
