WM8960CGEFL/RV Overview
It is supplied in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. The packaging way of Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. As a type of Stereo Audio, this electronic part is able to deliver high-efficient performance in various applications. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. It is able to operate normally when the operating performance is set at -40°C~85°C. It is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. The analog circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V. The digital circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 1.71V~3.6V. There are 32 terminations used to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line. It is mounted to a PCB based on the Surface Mount technology. There are 2 A/D converters used to convert the analog signals into digital signals. It operates with the supply voltage of 1.8V.
